Bow Street Academy Los Angeles is based at The Lot at Formosa in West Hollywood, an historic independent studio campus that has operated as an active production center for more than a century
Originally the Mary Pickford – Douglas Fairbanks Studio, the site became the center of a Hollywood revolution in 1919 when the duo joined forces with Charlie Chaplin and others to form United Artists – establishing a sanctuary and providing an artist-driven alternative to the traditional studio system.
Aligned with these principles, Bow Street Academy has taken space in the same buildings.

Today, the 11-acre lot houses sound stages, production offices, post-production facilities, and a screening space. The working studio environment aligns with Bow Street’s screen-focused training model, placing actors within an active production setting.
